What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 11 nights. For longer stays or special requests you can always get in touch with us.

What time can I check in and check out?

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Do you need a different arrival or departure time? Let us know and we will see what is possible.

How many people is the apartment suitable for?

The apartment has two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to four guests.

Is there parking?

Yes. Parking within the UNIC complex is free and the apartment also comes with a space in the garage.

May I use the facilities of the complex?

Of course. As a guest you have access to the indoor and outdoor pool, the sauna, the jacuzzi and the gym.

How do the deposit and final cleaning work?

The final cleaning is mandatory and costs 120 euros. We also ask for a deposit of 300 euros, which you get back after your stay if the apartment is left tidy and everything is undamaged.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Are there any house rules?

The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Unfortunately we cannot host groups of young people under 24.
